The fastest way to acquire all these stimulants is using the Keycard with a blue marking in The Lab. Alternatively, you could kill Sanitar, although he is not guaranteed to have them. Alternatively, either the two chalets or the rogue base on Lighthouse have multiple stimulants spawn which require no key.
