        Guide (from wiki)

In this quest you have to hand over 2 BNTI Gzhel-K body armors. One with 0-50% durability and one with 50-100% durability. The armors require no inserted armor plates since the condition is measured by the integrated soft armor.

Since friendly fire is always active, you can easily complete this quest with the help of a another player through the use of a Blicky pistol.

Another way to complete this quest solo is to let border snipers shoot you so that your character dies far outside the playable space of the map. You can insure the armor with Prapor to receive it back in roughly a day to a day and a half, but it will be quicker if you use Therapist to insure it. You may have to do this method multiple times for the same armor to get it down to the required durability.

Another option is to shoot the orange propane containers found on The Lab or Customs whilst being inside the radius. The hot gas damage will damage all parts of your armour, so be careful as this will also deal a lot of body damage and may kill you if you are not being careful. It is best not to stand directly next to the propane while it explodes, and to only use one explosion at a time. Take in extra gear and meds to swap to so that you do not fight with broken armour or low health.
