The medical record journals are located in two locked rooms on the second floor of the hospital building (White Bishop) on Reserve.

The RB-KSM room is in the right hand side of the floor after going up the stairs. It is the before last door of the right hand side of the hallway. The record is located in the bottom right compartment of the left hand cabinet after entering.

The RB-SMP room is in the left hand side of the floor after going up the stairs. It is the before last door of the left hand side of the hallway. The record is located on the floor between the right hand shelves after entering.
