Note: If you are a BEAR player, or in a group with a BEAR player, walking by the beach, going to the other house by the docks or coming near the water treatment plant, there's a chance that the Rogues will start firing their stationary weapons at you. Therefore it is recommended to get in and get out as quick as possible. This will also happen if you are an USEC tagged as an enemy by the Rogues. You are tagged as an enemy if you shot any Rogues in the previous 3 raids.

The briefcase is located under a bed on the second floor of one of the western houses that is directly located at the shore.
