Reshala

Before the conflict in Tarkov was a minor criminal figure involved in mediation and shadow deals within the industrial zone. After the city's isolation, he quickly adapted by uniting former security guards and bandits to seize control of the Customs territory. Unlike other bosses, he has no military background and behaves cautiously in combat, preferring to hide behind his well-equipped guards known as the "Zavodskie."

His status within the Scav hierarchy is emphasized by his civilian clothing and his unique Golden TT, which serves as a symbol of his power. Reshala’s primary bases remain the dormitories and the new gas station, where he collects tributes and manages resources. Despite his lack of professional combat training, his ability to negotiate and his loyal security detail make him a dangerous master of the region's key logistical hubs.

Tactics

He will normally try to stay at the back of the fight and hidden from the player's view. Additionally he never wears armor. Be careful as a player scav as if you are at lower scav karma levels Reshala or his guards may shoot you without provocation or will shoot you if you come to close to Reshala. His guards are sometimes known to give warnings to player scavs with low karma before becoming hostile.
