In this quest you have to transit from Shoreline to The Labyrinth. The transit is located in the basement of the health resort west wing and requires a Labrys access keycard [📍show on map The Labyrinth]. The door to the transit is locked and requires the Knossos LLC facility key. Surviving the raid is not required.
