In this quest you have to find the apartment of Prapor's friend on Streets of Tarkov [📍show on map Streets of Tarkov]. It is located on the second floor of the Chekannaya 15 apartment building and can only be accessed via the western staircase from the third floor through a hole in the floor of cell #5.
