In this quest you have to place 4 radio repeaters in different locations on Lighthouse. They can not be placed in special item slots. Therefore it is recommended to place them in separate raids, carrying them in your secure container. If you have a Secure container Epsilon or a Secure container Theta, you can safely place 2 per raid.
