Someone wrote the word “Heartbeat” on a torn piece of paper. Sounds like one of Sanitar's weird pranks. Or perhaps a code word? If his men have their own exfil routes off Shoreline, they must be using a system of key phrases or signals. Maybe this note will make you look like one of their own.
