In this quest you have to find Prapor 's package on Woods. It can be found in 1 of 2 locations in the northwest building of the train depot. The depot can only be accessed via the BTR Driver 's taxi service. After collecting the package, you have to hand it over to Prapor in his quest Shipping Delay - Part 1, afterwards you can complete this quest.
