In this quest you have to find the Chef's diary in the Beluga restaurant on Streets of Tarkov. There are multiple spawns throughout the building.

On the second floor, on the shelf within the oval bar tucked between towels.

On the third floor, on the shelf under the bar.

On the third floor in the kitchen, placed within a cabinet near the four sinks.

On the third floor inside the restaurant director's room, on the illuminated shelf.
