In this quest you have to find a flash drive and a letter on Customs. They can be found in room 220 on the second floor of the three-story dorms building. A Dorm room 220 key is required to enter it. You get one in the mail from Skier upon accepting this quest.

The flash drive can be found plugged into the laptop on the desk, and the letter is tucked between the binders on the metal shelf.
