In this quest you have to find the delivery crew's shipment notes on Customs. They can be found in the locker room on the first floor of the boiler building. There are multiple spawns throughout the room.

• Door to the locker room

• First spawn in the wall-mounted tool cabinet
• Second spawn on the floor under the fully opened locker in the middle row
• Third spawn in the locker next to the sinks
• Fourth spawn on the floor next to the shelf
