In this quest you have to extract from Streets of Tarkov via the "Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex" extraction with the "survived" status. By default the fee amount is 20,000 Roubles, but it can be higher or lower depending on your Scav karma. To avoid the "run through" status, gain at least 200 EXP in raid (by killing or looting) or be in raid for at least 7 minutes before extracting.
