In this quest you have to extract from Streets of Tarkov via the "Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex" extraction with the "survived" status. By default the fee amount is 20,000 Roubles, but it can be higher or lower depending on your Scav karma . To avoid the "run through" status, gain at least 200 EXP in raid (by killing or looting) or be in raid for at least 7 minutes before extracting.
