In this quest you first have to find the IT firm office on Streets of Tarkov. The building is located in the Zmeisky alley, house no. 6. Afterwards you have to unravel the secret of the firm's success. To do that, you need to enter the locked "negotiation room" on the south end of the building. A "Negotiation" room key is required to access it.
