In this quest you first have to find a golden Zibbo lighter on Customs [📍show on map Customs]. It can be found on a desk in room 303 on the third floor of the three-story dorms building. A Dorm room 303 key is required to enter it.
Afterwards the lighter has to be stashed in a cabin at the trailer park on Customs [📍show on map Customs]. A Trailer park portable cabin key is required to enter it. You get one in the mail from Skier upon accepting this quest.
