In this quest you must hand over an MP-43-1C 12ga double-barrel shotgun modified with the shorter MP-43-1C 12ga 510mm barrel to Prapor. Both items can be bought from Jaeger LL1.
This questline is a reference to the game "Doom II: Hell on Earth" which features the "Super shotgun", a sawed-off, double-barreled shotgun.
