The body has to be crafted at the Workbench level 3 in the Hideout, and the handguard has to be obtained in the quest Fair Price - Part 2.

In #6 or #4 of the storage buildings marked with "K".

On an armchair on the second floor of the military checkpoint tower.

The four items have to be stashed in a blue locker inside the cabin located on top of the hill southwest of the new gas station.
