In this quest you have to locate three pharmacies on Streets of Tarkov. All three pharmacies must be found in a single raid. If you leave the raid and have only found some of the pharmacies, the quest will reset. You must extract in the same raid in which you found all the pharmacies.

3. In the 24/7 supermarket building, north of the cardinal apartment complex.
