In this quest you have to find a journal in the housing department building on Streets of Tarkov. There are multiple spawns throughout the building.

First floor

Inside the second office to the right after entering, in the left bottom compartment of the shelf.

Inside the third office to the right, on the desk with the lamp.

At the reception next to the stairs, on a shelf behind the counter.

Inside the last office on the left side of the hallway, on the right side desk.

Second floor

Inside the left unlocked office, underneath the desk with the fallen bookcase against it.
