The messenger body is located in a bunker on the main floor of Factory. For orientation, the number "1986" can be seen painted above the bunker on the wall. The letter can be found next to the body on the ground.

The letter must be handed over to Therapist for the quest Postman Pat - Part 2 before this quest can be completed.
