In this quest you have to place 1 Golden rooster figurine each on Woods, Shoreline and Factory. The locations are the same as in the previous quest Viewer from Prapor.
(These are 40 second plant times.)
On Woods it has to be placed next to a tree at a rock ledge on the mountain.

On Shoreline it has to be placed at the top of the lighthouse near the pier.

On Factory it has to be placed at the top of the office area stairs that are on the "Gate 3" extraction side, opposite the door to the catwalk. Note: Can not be completed at night at the current time.
