In this quest you first have to kill 15 PMCs around the mountain area on Woods. Afterwards you have to hide 2 TerraGroup "Blue Folders" materials in the "USEC camp" which is located in the northwest. The west and north-west approaches to the camp are covered with landmines . One has to be stashed on the passenger side of a black SUV in the south of the camp, and the second one has to be stashed at the wooden crates next to the satellite antenna in the north of the camp.
