Completing the quest Protect the Sky from the BTR Driver automatically fails this quest.

In this quest you first have to pick up Lightkeeper's case from the roof of the hospital building (White Bishop) on Reserve. There are multiple spawns. Afterwards you have to stash it in the Scav house on Woods. The house can be found near the "Outskirts" extraction in the southwest of the location.
