The easiest way to complete this task is via utilizing a scav on interchange to loot OLI, as propane tanks and alkali are commonly found on the shelving in the area. To get the morphine and hoses, the crafts in the hideout for them are relatively cheap and easy (you may also find hoses in OLI).
