In this quest you need to pick up and extract with an MBT Integrated Navigation System. It can be found inside a locked room in the bigger of the two garage buildings at the repair center (white knight) on Reserve. A RB-ST key is required to open the door.

The item can be found inside a wooden crate in the back left of the room.
