In this quest you have to place 2 Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scopes at two different locations on Customs. Each takes 30 seconds. The scopes can't be placed in your secure container .
The first scope has to be placed at the base of a yellow crane that is located on the southeast corner of the Scav base in the construction area.
