In this quest you have to pick up a folder from a locked cabin on Customs. The required Unknown key can be found on a dead Scav that is also located on Customs. A single key is guaranteed to spawn every raid, regardless of whether or not a player in the raid has this quest active.

• The dead Scav is located in a bush behind garages
• The cabin that is opened with the key
• The folder is located under a jacket on the floor
