In this quest you have to stash a at the weather station on the mountain on Woods then place another one at the sawmill guardhouse, after placing them you need to transit from Woods to Customs, place a signal jammer on the second floor of the roadside construction site then transit from Customs to Shoreline and place a signal jammer at the second floor archives in the Health Resort admin building all in one raid. Extracting at any time before the last objective will require you to re-do everything from the beginning.
