In this quest you first have to stash a letter behind the reception desk on the second floor of the TerraGroup main building on Ground Zero. Afterwards you have to extract through the "Emercom Checkpoint" or "Nakatani Basement Stairs" extraction. Both objectives have to be completed in the same raid.
