In this quest you have to use a either the M4A1, the M16A1 or the M16A2 to kill 10 PMCs on Factory while also wearing both the FORT Kiver-M bulletproof helmet and the 6B43 Zabralo-Sh body armor (EMR). You can modify the weapons and bring additional items to what is required.

This quest is a reference to the beginnings of the game. Back when the only helmet was the FORT Kiver-M bulletproof helmet and the only available armors were the PACA Soft Armor and the 6B43 Zabralo-Sh body armor (EMR). So running a Kiver-M helmet + 6B43 armor combo on Factory was the meta.
