The chemical container can be found in the TerraGroup storage room on Factory, which is located in the underground tunnels right next to the "Camera Bunker Door" Scav extraction. A [📍show on map Factory]TerraGroup storage room keycard is required to enter it. There are multiple spawns throughout the room.
