In this quest you have to find the ambulance paramedic's smartphone on Streets of Tarkov and extract with it through the "Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex" extraction while it is in your in-raid quest inventory. The taxi extraction with the phone does not need to be done in the same raid that you found the phone. The phone can be located at one of eight ambulances across the location.
