There are multiple ways to get the items needed.

LEDX Skin Transilluminator can be found on The Lab in the center area and within the locked rooms you can open with TerraGroup Labs keycard (Blue) and TerraGroup Labs keycard (Green). On Shoreline they can spawn in the Resort and on Sanitars body after killing him. On Interchange they also have multiple spawn locations, especially in the ULTRA medical store. You can also craft the LEDX Skin Transilluminator.*

The Portable defibrillator can be found on the Lab, Streets of Tarkov, and on Interchange. You can also Craft the Portable defibrillator

For Ophthalmoscope, Pile of meds and Bottle of OLOLO Multivitamins you don't need to look for specific locations since they spawn everywhere where you can find medical items. You can also craft the Pile of meds.

* The LEDX craft requires a Silicon Optoelectronic Integrated Circuits textbook. This item cannot be purchased on flea. One can be obtained from Lightkeeper's task Return the Favor.
