If retrieving the manifests on different raids, make sure to turn them in before entering another raid, as death will empty your quest inventory.

IDEA Manifest

Head to the entrance of the IDEA office, on the left immediately after the main entrance. Once in there, look for a document on one of the center desks, perpendicular to the wall.

Goshan Manifest

Head to the small corridor north of Goshan (left, if entering the store from the front where the cash registers are). There, find the computer room and look for the manifest on the desk.

OLI Manifest

Turn right after entering Oli via the main entrance. Go to the back of the store and look for a cube-shaped desk. The desk is marked by a sign over it, the manifest will be laying on the desk.
