In this quest you have to find sniping positions at the Concordia building, as well as in the Primorsky street on Streets of Tarkov and place a AI .338 LM Tactical Sound Moderator and a Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scope at them.

The sniping location at Concordia is located at a red table in the kitchen of apartment no. 8 on the third floor.

The sniping location at Primorsky is located at the bed in the bedroom of Primorsky 48 apartment no. 10 on the fourth floor of the Primorsky 48 apartment building. It can only be accessed via the skybridge which connects it with the Primorsky 46 staircase. A Primorsky 46-48 skybridge key is required to enter it via the skybridge from the adjoining Primorsky 46 staircase. The apartment 10 entrance door can be breached from the inside to leave.
