In this quest you have to kill 10 snipers from the Scavs faction from over 200 meters away, and reach level 10 in the bolt-action rifles skill. The Vortex Ranger 1500 rangefinder or the Wilcox RAPTAR ES Tactical Rangefinder can be used to determine the required distance.
